Step 1. Launch the offline application
Step 2. Log in to the offline application
Step 3. Go to the View tab
Step 4. Click Open issuance file
Step 5. Select the previously generated pre-issuance file on your computer
Step 6. View the details of the asset pre-issuance (amount, asset, and who signed it)
