Step 1. In the navigation bar, go to Users
Step 2. Optionally, enter the following search parameters in the corresponding boxes:
Email
Account ID
Step 3. Select the proper account
Step 4. On the page of the selected account, click Block user
Step 5. Select the reason of blocking
Step 6. Click Block
