Token creation request states

• Approved (an admin approved the request. The token is created.)

• Rejected (an admin rejected the request. The token isn’t created now but can possibly be created later if admin’s reject reasons were taken into account by the user and certain information was improved or corrected.)

• Permanently rejected (an admin rejected the request and marked it as permanently rejected; the token isn’t created now and could not ever be created later.)

• Cancelled (the token creation request is cancelled by the user)

• Pending (the token creation request hasn’t yet been reviewed by the admin. It is yet under consideration.)
